General

We welcome all children between the ages of 4 – 12 generally. Please contact us if your child falls slightly outside this range. Should a child have special needs we would be pleased to discuss any concerns and how we can accommodate them.

All staff are interviewed and hand picked by senior management, all have the skills and qualifications to ensure your children are in the best possible hands. We pick them not only for their qualifications but also for their enthusiasm and character to ensure your children will have the greatest possible time. All staff are also DBS checked and safeguard trained. The safety and happiness of your child is our number one priority.

Yes, As long as the age difference isn’t too great we can arrange for them to be together. We want the children to have as much fun as possible. What makes them happy makes us happy.

We have qualified First Aiders on site. In the rare event of a serious accident parents will be informed immediately and first aid action will be taken accordingly. If your child feels ill during the day they will be advised to take part in our more gentle activities and kept a close eye on. If our experienced staff feels necessary, parents will be informed.

Early Bird: from 8:15am Main Session: drop off from 9:00am, pick up by 4:15pm Late Leaver: until 5:00pm, Late leaver + until 6:00pm

Unfortunately not as we have a strict staff to child ratio to ensure safety and quality for your child.

Yes, however, you will still have to pay for the whole day, as your child will be occupying one space out of the total for the day.

The activities in bold on the timetable are fixed for each day, the free choice is chosen each day between the staff and children, the day is then planned.

We run a Photo Identification or issue a collection word with the safety aspect in mind for a) your child b) our staff, so from now on we will be either issuing a collection word or asking for ID from anybody other than mum, dad, grandma or grandad. At registration every day you will be asked who is picking up, if it’s yourself who dropped them off then you won’t need ID or collection word. However, if it’s somebody different e.g. family friend, Auntie, Uncle etc. then you will leave their name in the box on the register and we will either ask for photo ID or issue a collection word to get from them on collection. It's the club's decision if they wish to ask for ID or use a collection code however if one of them is easier than the other for you then you can choose your preferred option just ask when signing in.

We are able to accept all Childcare Vouchers, childcare choices, and child tax credits. We are set up with the government's childcare choices tax free childcare for those using that service, please call for more details, we are not set up with all companies so please let us know and we will set up with whoever your company works with, the process is very quick and easy.

We are on the Early years and Compulsory childcare register and our Registration numbers are found on each venue page.

You can check your balance quick and easy. Simply, login and click 'My Profile' and your balance will be displayed in the drop-down menu.

For paid bookings, cancellation is permitted only if the sickness insurance add-on was purchased. In this case, you can automatically cancel your booking via the 'My Bookings' page, accessible either through 'My Invoices' or directly from the booking calendar. Look for the cancellation form at the bottom of the page to initiate the process, which may lead to a partial or full refund depending on circumstances and payments made. If you didn't purchase the sickness insurance add-on or cannot find the cancellation form, please contact us directly for assistance. For unpaid bookings, automatic cancellation can be done regardless of sickness insurance status, again through the 'My Bookings' page. Kindly ensure all cancellations are made prior to the booking date and time.

By purchasing insurance+ you can protect against any unforeseen issue or change of plans that prevents your child attending club and cancel your dates once they're booked, if insurance is not selected at the time of booking then the booking is fixed and cannot be cancelled. Cancelling your booking will provide you with a full credit of the booking, including any extras that are creditable and this can viewed in your account. 



Any changes made to your booking must be made via your portal before 9am on the day of the booking, cancelling or changing your booking any time after 9 am will be down to the discretion of the Whizz Kids management team.

By purchasing insurance+ you can protect against any unforeseen issue or change of plans that prevents your child attending club and cancel your dates once they're booked, if insurance is not selected at the time of booking then the booking is fixed and cannot be cancelled. Cancelling your booking will provide you with a full credit of the booking, including any extras that are creditable and this can viewed in your account. Insurance+ also allows the credit to be refunded on top of all of the insurance perks, this must be requested email to mail@whizzkidsclub.co.uk.
